The Accu-Score AS-150-MAXAuto Automatic V-Scoring System is designed to score continuous and segmented ("jump") v-grooves on one or both sides of any type of PC board substrate. Designed from an operators view-point, the Accu-Score AS-150-MAXAuto is easy to program and set-up due to the Windows environment and ergonomic design. High throughput is achieved through innovative design and high performance components.

 

The Accu-Score AS-150-MAXAuto employs standardized software, electronics and panel rotation mechnics which reliably provides increased throughput, operator ease and quality through the automation of the panel load-score-rotate-score and panel unload.
